Shipping Policy

All orders from tailor pro will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. The packages will be sent via USPS. Shipping overseas is possible if the seller is notified beforehand. Please visit out contact page to get started.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Please notify the seller prior to making the purchase if priority or first class mail is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Shopify, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the PayPal shipping address is different and no special instruction has been provided, Tailor Pro will send the order to the address provided through Shopify.

Return Policy

Should there be a shipping error, please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery.

Returns must be received by the seller within 30 days from the delivery date for a full online credit. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Products must be in new and unused packaging to be eligible. Any item that is received after 30 days will not be accepted. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days from the package arrival. The seller is not responsible for shipping labels or fees associated in the return of an item. If an item is returned that does not meet Tailor Pro's return policy, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Be sure to include your name and order number on the outside of your return package. We highly recommend using a tracking number to ensure your shipment is returned. Tailor pro is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
